Maybe the administrators of this Board could calculate the average age of the members.
It might be interesting, you should be able to do it from the birthdates!
Cheers, MikeC.

Going off the 29 responses so far, and what everyone says they are now, grand total of 1329, average age:
45 years 10 months
Yes Curly (whose age is hidden), it is a quiet day at work, yes I do have work to do, and I'd rather do this anyway!

When I registered, I just hacked the return button, that gave some 01/01/2000 birthday or so, but in the end it said "You are too young to join this forum..."

Hit the big 50 in February. Started riding when I was 9 on a yamaha enduro. Got a 69 Harley Sportster at 16, then gave it to a buddy a year later when I enlisted. When I got back, the first thing I did was get another yamaha, this time a midnite special. Was doing fine til the ripe old age of 25, and I got married. The bike was the first thing to go, then the mustang, the camero, the firebird . . .
After 25 years, I came home from work one day and found the "better half" packing. I helped her load the car.
One day last year while mulling over what direction my life was heading in next, I found an ad for a pair of 78 SR500s on a board at work. The rest becomes history. Second wind? Second chance? Who cares!

33 here, first bike SR 400 purchased just 5 days ago! Have spent the last 5 days riding everywhere in the pouring rain and loving it. So I guess it is just gonna get better and better right or at the very least warmer and sunnier! Hehehhe

I'm 24 - started out as a youngster on dirt bikes out in the fields, ran to college and back on a Kawasaki Concours. I sold it a couple years ago when I moved way out in the country as it was a little too big for being out in the woods, but I've been looking for a replacement ever since. I'll be picking up a project '80 on Tuesday
