Oh man... I gotta have some of that stuff! Especially the hydraulic clutch conversion kit. Since I put the lower bars on, I can't reduce the bend in the clutch cable any more than I already have. The bike has a fair amount of lever pressure. That hydraulic clutch would remedy that!

Wow, that hydraulic clutch is sweet. I've got really low flat handlebars too and that clutch would eliminate cable-routing. The chrome fuel tank is nice as well. All it takes is $$$ or in this case...yen.

I'm sorry that they or the manufacturer, Hayashi Custom (http://www.ny.airnet.ne.jp/hcustom/) won't send overseas beacause of the lack of ability to communicate in English, they said.
Does anyone really want it? Then I try to find other way, i.e. tell Orange Boulverd if they can handle overseas shipping.

I know this is an old thread im digging up but recently I have been experiencing wrist pain from my clutch hand. A few LaCrosse injuries aggravated by a good old war injury has some pieces not lined up properly in my wrist. I have been searching the web for a good alternative clutch set up for my cafe SR. Found some cool mods for an XS650 and saw the easy clutch system. But what I would really love is something exactly like this Magura setup. Anyone know if this is still around? Aaron

Been looking at some of Magura's current stuff. I can't find reference to anything for an SR but found a hydraulic clutch called the Jack. Not sure which model would fit an SR though. Any thoughts? I would most likely go with a Master cylinder set up from Mikes XS just because I don't like the look of Magura's levers. Any thoughts? Aaron

That would be great. I tried to ride today and my dang wrist almost took all the fun out of it. It was still sore from yesterday. If the guy you know that has done this wouldnt mind giving me some pointers that would be great. Aaron bhodi513@hotmail.com

I've seen one of those Magura systems on an "in progress" Deus bike, so Deus would be able to get them for Australian customers.
I was having a look at it and it's quite neat. . . I'm just not sure if it's too "modern" looking for what the look I eventually want with my bike.

If Deus is doing it, then there must be a Japanese shop or two doing it quite regularly now, imitation being the sincerest form of flattery.
in that link, am I reading right, 39,800 yen? That only 400 AUD at current wholesale conversion (1 aud at 99.50 yen)
Would have to add on the imports, margin and retail conversion rate, but for 500 I'd be interested.....
