The kick starter does not return after i kick it. Is there any way to fix this problem?

Sounds like you have broken the return spring on the kick starter shaft.
Cover on that side of the engine has to come off and spring replaced.

It could also be the plate behind the starter gears, ive broken one and the kick start will stay engaged at the bottom of the stroke . Its easy to replace if you can get a new one , take off the kick start and side cover youll soon find out and you dont need to remove the engine
