Hi All The rear shockies are too hard set on minimum, I'm around 90 kgs, They have a dial at the top Numbered 1-2-3-4 and I have it set at 4 at the moment, would 1 be any better? , or will I need to change the springs Thanks in advance for any replys Barry

What type of shocks do you have? They sound like Koni Dial-a-ride or the Ikon equivalent. In which case No. 4 is hardest and No . 1 is softest.
I would try No. 3 for starters, but the other problem you may have is a spring that is too soft rather than too hard. At 90kgs, a standard spring would probably be too soft and you may be using up all the suspension travel and it could be bottoming out on bumps.
Look on the spring and you should be able to see an identification number that would give a clue about spring rate.
