Very, very nice Gary. Excellant work and attention to detail. What are the wheels off of?

Thanks again guys. Stew, the exhaust is a White Bros 1 3/4" head pipe with a Supertrapp 3" Internal Disc short muffler and tapered end cap. Not sure how many discs to run, probably start at 8 and go up from there. I read somewhere that 12 worked well for someone with a setup similar to mine. Any thoughts? Gary Hopwheels

Gary, Hi. No I have never used a supertrap...my mate had an alloy one on his SR and it sounded really nice.
I don't recall the number of discs. There was an article done on his bike and mine in the August 97 edition of the UK mag Classic Bike. If I look I may be able to roughly count the number of discs. It is probably just as well to suck it and see really.
His SR made really nice rideable power and was fairly quiet.
