Might try one of the many on-line m/c salvage yards or possibly have a machine shop make one for you. Should be a simple straight forward affair.

Hi.
While the whole assembly with bearings and sleeves is a little over the top, the swingarm spindles on their own are not real expensive from Yamaha....and they fit straight on.
