Hi all, I was a member but moved, got a new E-mail address and forgot my password so I re-registered. Just got the old 79 SR back on the road two days ago after a long winter and again...it's like getting a new toy. Started on third kick and went for a long ride here in Southern Ontario. Had a minor problem. The bottom shoulder bolt on the oil filter cover stripped the threads on the right hand engine cover. Luckily I've got a spare SR500 and swaped the covers. C'mon summer!!!
