Hi all, I have just joined the SR-500 club, but not with one but 2 SR's . I bought the first, a 1978 Black with about 12,000 miles. Needs a little TLC, but does run, and doesn't sound too bad. Had it on the trailer to go to the car wash to clean it up a bit. Stopped by a friends house to show him, and he says why didn't you buy the one I got in the shop. Well to make a long story short bought a 1977 with 4000 miles, needs a carb and a little tlc too. So here I am. Later John

Yes 2 I just picked the other one up tonight. It is a 1978 with around 4ooo miles, But it needs a carb. For some reason the Idiot who had it b4 tried to put an old Carb off of a snow sled.go figure sent for a shop manual and a new battery. In the process of modifying my jack into a 8' table to work on.
