Symptom of our internet age? A lot of new members we never hear from again after their first post have an issue they want resolved. I'm guessing they join a number of sites and see who bites first then abandon their other accounts. FB SR forum springs to mind here. For those who just cannot wait a few hours for a thoughtful considered response.

Think you are spot on there. No patience with thier SR.
Most of our thumpers are over 40 years old and need a little patience to keep them running right.
Have definitely noticed this forum isn't as busy as the old forum though.
I will admit I am on the Facebook pages as well but they are more about showing off your bike and other getting advice.
There is a lot of good guys on here who know a lot.
