Hi i just bougth back my SR after its been sitting for 10 years and got it up and running. But im having trouble with 1 & 5 it dropps out of those gears. And the thing is that it hasent been ridden at al under those years as he coudent get it to start.
Any ideas before i dismantle it??

Did you change the ten year old oil? Manky old oil will affect gearchanges.
The other factor is: Were those gears working correctly before its long sleep?

Thanks yepp new oil and all was working pefectly before but it hasent been in my possetion these 10 years so it may have been tipped over or something i really dont know. Also how do i inert a pic hehe do i have to link from the web??? I was thinking to remove the cluchside and thake a look att the selectorbox if something has happend there or if you can alaign it. Dont know it that gives you those symptoms. Its reall tunes this engiene its an old classic racing motor  |

So took off the clutch cover and sump. Found a broken bearing so guess I know what's wrong😠![]() |
