8 years ago I rebuilt my SR500.
I have recently decided to start using the bike again and appear to have forgotten how I put it together.
I want to lubricate the tacho cable.
Obviously it's a screw fit and pull to back of instrument.
The service manual is not clear on how the engine end is released.
Could some one tell me how I release the cable to service it?
I am assuming it's something to do with the spring steel clip facing me as I look toward the engine in line with the cable.
