This Sunday, Oct 1 (always the 1st Sun in May and Oct) Weather looks to be GREAT

Hey, Its a big dang ride-in Bike Show!
No organization, no fee, etc; Just Come early and stay as long as you want and/or ride the lovely countryside to Leland, WI

blake,W650 ? one of my regrets was selling mine. Bought it brand new 2003,my first big bike after passing my test. Loved it !! Although these days I appreciate the lightweight SR500 in comparison.
Almost forgot..enjoy the ride,sounds great!

Yes Andy, it is a lovely bike! Im glad I got about 6 good weeks of riding it after waiting since year 2000 to get one. I had considered it my keeper until the end and I guess I did....
Sadly, after the deer crash Aug 10 (not on the W) I am done. I still have No, -0-, desire to ride anymore and all 3 bikes were put up for sale. The also lovely TU250X sold rather quickly, hoping the W goes or gets a commitment tomorrow. The SR is still available also but I can only trailer one. I have it on a couple forums and 'feelers' out but fall sales are tough around here.

Blake,totally understand,and its your call.My take is that the confidence level can soon get destroyed when it all turns to rat sh*t.Listen,there's something out there thats gonna wipe us out,nobody is immune to that fact. Take it easy,make good decisions .  |

I have a great small John Deere 1025R tractor that I use at our 9+ac off-grid/dry cabin property. It is our primary recreation, quiet, pretty and with the tractor, even though ALL equipment is dangerous, at least I dont have to worry about surprise Suicide Critters, cell phone jockies and just dumb cagers.
The car and trailer are all packed up and ready for a 7ish am pull-out, I should be there by 8 and get a good choice of parking in what will become the thick of things.
