Hi Gman and fellow SR fans. I am 48 years old and have been owned many motorcycles, but my SR500 is my favorite one. Mine is a 1979 and I am in the process of modifing it to my taste. I have changed the front wheel to spoke and will have the rear done in a couple of weeks. The engine has a White Brothers carb kit and a wiseco 10:1 piston. Forks have Progressive springs and I have Works Performance shocks. Bridgestone BT45 s are my choice for tires.
I live in New Hampshire and am interested in hosting a ride/rally in my area for thumpers and vintage riders. I live about 20 miles from NHIS and we have bike week in mid June.
Good Day To All TT

Good Day To All TT Hi TT! How's things? Sounds like your bike is set up pretty hot. Excellent! Must be a good handler. Looking forward to hearing more about it and maybe seeing a pic or two. A ride/rally would be awesome. You are about two to three days solid riding from me. Talk to you soon, G Man
