Hello need some help my xt just locked up the back wheel while riding,the only way to move it after was by pulling in clutch and decomp lever then it would just about move,could not select gears properly either which lead me to think gearbox!
So after removing engine and splitting crankcases i cannot see anything visually wrong ,thought it was kickstart mech at first but that made no difference still could not select gears,one think i have noticed is the kickstart idle gear is solid on the shaft surely this should spin freely right?many thanks colin
