Thought that I'd post some pics of some of my old helmets...some a little grazed...others just old and knackered...lets see some pics of yours...I've included my current one as well.

My first full face was an Eldorado (upper left...if you can make it out)...one of the first ones available here in Aus ('70 - '71)...(...you could also get an Everoak full face...that helmet had a cork upper lining instead of foam and cross straps like my 'pudding basin'...so I gave that one a miss...'HA' full faces in military surplus stores as well...if you were brave enough to wear one at that time)!
On the road over the years, I have worn, Stadium (Project 4!!!), Hondaline open face, Bell, Shoei, Arai, AGV helmets. I currently wear a Shoei Diabolic...nice helmet.
On the dirt I have raced with HA, Shoei and Bell helmets such as the Moto 2 and Moto 3...you can certainly get to use these in MX...
All of my harsh road crashes have been 'undertaken' with AGV helmets on by chance I guess. I've road tested the 'Lawson' as well...
Can't complain about any of 'em!
Eldorado, Moto 3 and AGV's...the AGV hit the roof of a car and came away with a scuff mark...my head was fine!
Arai (Wes Cooley), Shoei (Lawson), AGV (Goddard), AGV (Rossi)...the latter two have been down the road at speed...
My current helmet, a Shoei Diabolic...nice helmet....quiet as well.
