Wow, It's great to find so much interest in the SR.
I'm a 79' SR500 owner. I live in Central Florida.
The bike has been in storage for about 10 years and rarely ridden (3500 miles).
I'm going to get her running again, so I'll probably have lots of questions.

Yeah, welcome. I wonder what would have become of me if I hadn't found this place.
It's certain both me and the bike would be in far worse condition.

I remember back when I first buoght the bike, 4 of my friends also had SR's.
When we went for rides we sounded like a heard of helicopters coming down the road.
Man, that was great.
I can't wait to get it running again.
