520 rear sprockets are the same as Yamaha Banshee, which you can get in a range from about 40 to 46 teeth. The front sprocket issue can be overcome by using a 520 conversion sprocket which does not need any spacer mods. The centre boss of the sprocket is the same thickness as the 530! AFAM make these sprockets as I have them on my SR.
Rear part number 1350040/42/44/46 - Alloy
Front is 2750017/16.
The rear sprocket nuts I replaced with nylock nuts and loctite them on. Otherwise replace the studs in the carrier with high tensile bolts, because the new 520 sprocket is thicker than the original.
