Has anyone tried an XS 650 front fender? They seem much more plentiful, and Mike's XS has a sleeker chrome one. Might be a bit wide for our forks.....anybody?

I'm running the old fender from my 81 XS650 on my SR, fits fine.
You can only use fenders from XS650 77-on tho, earlier ones are quite different.

Hi Soonerfan, thanks again for the email I couldn't find a picture of that oil line but if you need one call me. My memory says the xs650 fender is identical & much cheaper then thru yamaha

You might also like to try the front fender/mudguard from the late 70's early 80's XJ650. I am runinning onr on my cafe racer. it looked quite good when I had the std 19" front wheel, but now looks a bit big since I swapped to an 18" front wheel.
