Have a good look at the pi above and you'll see that neither the tank or the seat/fender are fitted to the frame properly. You can see daylight between the seat and the frame rail. The back of the tank is sitting up about 50mils above the frame loop, it should come down over this loop. Also the shock mount point has been changed. Nice tank, nice fender, nice paint job, but the fitup is a bit"how's your father". Cheers Franky b. I noticed that too but it is a lot better fit than the Deus and gigabike tank. www.flickr.com/photos/cathyw/514282178

I love the look of street tracker bikes. A couple of years ago I bought a Y500 seat from Omar's, as their literature says that it will work with a stock fuel tank. The quality is excellent. However, be aware that in order to install it you have to modify the rear frame. Most people simply cut the frame rails off behind the shock mounts. If you don't care about ever re-installing the stock seat then no problem. I haven't been able to bring myself to do it, so I have a $350 ornament on my garage shelf gathering dust. Maybe one day I'll find another SR (or XT/TT) to use it on.
