The little SR250 I bought did not have a title. Hey for $50 and having it running in 40 minutes = not bad. The bad is however, Nevada is a hard state to get a title in.
Do any of you know of how or what state will make this task easy(er)? I tried Washington and no luck, and Nevada - no luck.
Thanks for any thoughts or ideas.

Thanks for the links guys, but I have a $50 bike. If I can get it titled cheap and easy I will make it a fun little bobber for my wife. $200 I can 't justify. I just can't reach the right person here at the Nevada DMV to help me enough to get it. Everyone I speak with makes it sound impossible. I think I am going to see what it takes to get a salvage title.

Strick You have a Harley VRod and a dozen other toys. Really 250 bux for a 250 yamaha is not too much. Might be worth it if you know what I mean.
After a few months she will be wanting something nice and you may be the benefactor of it. Just make sure her good bike has a low seat and electric start. My wife started on a scooter and is now cruising with me on her 250 VTR Honda. It really gives the SR500 a run for its money.
