I just have to weld on a couple mounting tabs, and this is done, except for maybe coating the header, but I might just polish everything up and leave it as it is. It's a nice ebay score SR500 headpipe and a $50 universal shorty megaphone. The mid-pipe is cut from one of the stock headpipes from my '03 Sportster, which had just the perfect bend for the rear kick-out. I'm very happy with how it looks.
