Hi guys, is there anyone out there that has had experience with the type A Supersound system? I'm thinking of putting one on my 500. Any thoughts?

Absolutely woeful.
A terrible, poorly made, quickly discolouring peice of overpriced crap.
Mine melted off. The header wrap didn't help, but it's a big pile of rancid poo nonetheless.

I haven't posted any....... Ah now I get it... "I'm after a similar look to this pipe any suggestions?" I meant a similar look to the Supersound. I'm after a pipe that is short, possibly under mount on frame, and easily tunable. I'm thinking of removing the rear peg mount so don't want to mount the muffler to the peg mount.

Ah, gotcha!
Whatever you get make sure you have access to the sump plug, otherwise you'll have to take the whole muffler system off to drain the oil. That can be a major PITA. If you're as stupid as me, and ride your bike over nature strips and onto gutters occasionally you'll want it a bit higher so you don't smack it. Most people are more intelligent than me, however!

If Deus could ever get it together to produce a purchase order [ after some 11 weeks] everyone could buy pipes like the one I made for the green stinky bike on there website, if they have upgraded the pictures that is, or, check the last Cycle torque mag, last page, Deus add. grant me patience guy's , I need it....
