Hello and sorry its not a SR500 question I have bought a Honda XR600R 1994 model now this past June. Its converted into a Supermoto and tuned to 60HP on the rear wheel. Today i replaced the cluch because its was worn and stealing lots of power. I have a buddy who is a mechanical genious and and im lucky to get help from him. He said that the springs in the clutch proberbly was original and they shoul be updated with something stronger since the engine is tuned so much. We found that one of the spring/plates was showing signs of beeing exposed to heat when we had the engine open. Question is simple. Do any of you guys know of a good place(website) to get tuning parts for a Honda XR600R? Like reinforecd cluch springs? I know its a popular bike in USA. And i have a buddy who lives in Ohio who could buy parts for me and the reship them to Norway were i live. Other websites that ships worldwide would also be of interest. In the meantime im enjoying the power of my supermoto wich now is even more fun to ride Gunnar in Norway

Check out xrsonly.com. I don't see any clutch items listed, but maybe if you contacted them, they could point you in the right direction.

I remember reading now that it is best to go with steel clutch plates like in EBC's kit and use new replacement OEM clutch springs, instead of going to a stiffer spring.
