Hello to everyone. My name is Mick, I'm an Englishman, transplanted to South Lake Tahoe, California, and of course, yet another SR500 freak. I currently have two of them, (and looking for the third one). I used to race these things back in the late 80's, (Formula S in the AFM), at Sears Point, (now Infineon raceway). I'm currently re-building the old race bike, which has been sitting in pieces in my garage for several years. My street ride is very active these days with gas prices climbing day by day, and is being fiddled with and improved on bit by bit. It's currently wearing the D.I.D. rims and brakes off the old race bike, (much lighter and better stopping power), along with some other pieces. I'll post some photos of these bikes when I get a moment. Anyway I just wanted to introduce myself..and say hello to all. Thanks, Mick
