Hi everyone..
I've been checking out this forum pretty much on daily basis ever since I bought my (first) SR500 about a month ago. It's 1978 that I picked up locally here in BC and it's in great shape for it's age and still has the stock look to it.
I grew up riding dirt bikes so this is my first road bike and I love it already!
I haven't planned on doing anything to dramatic to it other than some minor changes like switching the rear light, moving up the fender slightly under the seat and see if I can find a smaller front fender (any suggestions?).
I like the look of some dirt track bikes and I saw a really sweet lookin older XT online (kinda like a 70's Supermotard).
Anyways, I'm kinda rambling here. Thanks in advance for all future hints and advice!
