Yes, the trick is that the pics need to be hosted off site somewhere. They can't be directly loaded from your computer to the forum. Plenty of free picture host sites available. As Stew said Imageshack.com, or Flickr.com, Tinypic.com, Photobucket.com etc... See the sticky at the top of this Image Gallery Forum.
