Does anyone have an exploded view of the carb including accelerator pump, plus the side cover with spring and diaphram etc. Thanks Wallace

Thanks for the link. I found what I needed.
The problem with the bike was
Woodruff key in the flywheel had sheared and moved the timing !!!!!

Yep done that twice & its a real bugger as there is a spark & there is plenty of fuel ,hmm why wont it just go . Your on the side of the road with very limited toolage ! At least we have mobile phones for such problems these days(we call it fone a friend for a carton)(oh yeah & bring your trailer please!) When you put that flywheel on give it a good sharp crack with a tube & heavy hammer before you tighten the nut cheers Dave.

Depending on the scoring damage on the end of the crank taper...might be better to re-lap the surfaces again...so that there is as much contact between the two as is possible. Otherwise you could end up with this becoming a regular event... SR
