Im also 6FT.2 and love the cafe racer style clip-on bars. One thing to consider is how long you expect to be out riding. Being tall myself, I wouldnt use the clip-ons if I was to ride for long trips or around the city. Well unless maybe your willing to wear a kidney belt.

I'm 5'9" with short arms (32") and a short inseam (30") but tall through the midsection. 160 lbs. I use the "Euro" bar, and it's probably 2" shorter in rise than the stock bar. When we put the bike together, I toyed with that bar, and laid in in there upside down...too low for this old man! I have also run the fork tubes up the triple tree clamps about an inch, and am using Ken's bolt-on rearsets. I'm comfortable with this arrangement, except the seat is a bit tall (stock). Think I'll take it back to my friend that recovered it and ask him to either take some foam out or take it all out and use a high density foam material and recover....just to get my feet planted flat while astride and stopped.

I'm 5'5" and weigh a fattish 180 lbs. For most of my adult life I was 150lbs. I think the extra weight has compensated for my decreased leg strenght(I'm 57.5 yo now). Well, that is my rational as the only plus I can think of from being chubby.
I'm oldish, so I don't bend well; I like the dead stock upright position. One reason I hang on the kickstart SR500 is the very comfortable, upright riding position. I sold my VT500 Honda Ascot which was a great bike with electric start because the SR500 was more comfortable to ride. The VT500 was much, much better in respect to power-despite spending $2000 on the SR500 motor.
I wish I could find an electric start bike with SR500 ergonomics and weight. The Seca 550 was close, but a more modern bike would be nice. The FT500 Ascot was also nice, but the electric starter was frequently not a starter!!It was a push start bike!
