;D Hi guys I have had a quote to fabricate a manx style tank for my sr of $450aud which sounds reasonable to me but I have to supply a cap and taps , anybody know where I can get a monza flip style cap and the bit that has to set into the tank and what is a good brand of taps to use I dont really want to use vacuum taps if possible ..Thanks TC

TC, Earls Performance in Silverwater for fuel caps www.earls.com.au/category.php?ID=11 and MCS do the old style Triumph petrol taps that are not vacuum, you can get them from any bike shop that can get MCS accessories. You may want to try Jim Eadie for old Brit stuff. I think Stew Ross mentioned him as a possibility in the past. Cheers, Rick |
