Hey everybody. My name is Brady and I'm a 21 year old student at the University of Maryland (unfortunately).
I'm currently looking for an SR500 to use as my first street bike. My uncle has had two XT500s sitting in his basement, unrun, since 1990. The last time I went down I pulled his street legal XT500 out, put some oil and gas in it and that sucker fired right up after sitting for nearly 20 years!
But...I've been bugging him for a year to sell me one, but he just wont' yet, so I'm forced to look for my own. One of those XTs would work but I really want a street bike so an SR is in order for me
. But jeez are SRs hard to find around here.
