Hi to all the Sydney riders
Is anyone interested in a group ride to KV on the 27th, I am suggesting meeting at McDonalds Heathcote for an 8am departure. The reason for the early start for me is that I have to be back in Sydney for a 6pm start at work.
any interest or are you all planning on riding seperately.
Cheers Rich

i'm intersted RD, I just have to confirm with work if I will be available. I might be out of town on business. If not I'll be coming straight off teh night shift, so it would be good to ride down with someone else (i'll be on a BMW r65 though)
I'm really bloody keen, but i have a bad feeling i'm goign to get shafted bywork.
Anyhow, which way do you propose to go? Down to Albion Park and up across Macquarie Pass and down? Or more twisty, up the Jamberoo Moutnain Pass (which goes straight past my farm....)
Both good roads.....they're the only way I know really (excluding the boring hume)

Either way is good for me, and don't worry about being on the Beemer as I will be on my FZ1. It will just be good to catch up with Stu and some of the others again.

There's a group leaving from Deus... Dunno if you want to go with them or not. I've got a sneaking suspicion they're taking the Hume. I'm up for anything!

Hi Marlon
Is there any chance you can find out if they are going the Hume way, I would be happy to go with them but not if they are using that route.
Cheers Rich

it all works for me, but I will in the Red Centre from the 20-26th. Cant confirm flights yet, but if i'm back on the friday I'm in, dont mind which way we go.
I was home on the weekend, at the Jamberoo Hotel, and some of the boys coming down Macquarie Pass had slid out. Over loaded truck with an over full fuel tank had been splashing diesel all over the road. Splashed when he was turning right uphill, so for anyone coming down the hill, it was on the outside line of the tight left corners. Luckily no one was coming the other way when these boys went down...........
Also met a guy with a GSXR tattoo taking up his right lower rib cage, big red logo on a blue background. Thing is, he used to be a big R1 fella. Hope he doesn't change brands again........
