Beautiful girls, bukowski, and not a bad lookin' bike either! Tell me, how do you like your drag bars? I was considering going that route or with a low (1 3/4"-2" rise) handlebar. Cheers

Hey Markus, hey Jeronimo. Thanks for the replies. Yes the girls and the bike are lots of fun. The bike needs work but everyone that sees it really likes it. I like the bars so far, the stock bars felt like they were in my lap, but i'm 6"2" and so this bike feels alittle small any way, I've taken a couple 20 minute rides is all since I switched, but way better. Maybe superbike would be nice too. The mirrors work really good I was suprised how well I see. I had to cut off the end of the throttle but I like having two views out the back. The master cylinder for front brake was hitting my speedo so had to flip the hose over so it angled differently and file on the little tab so I could rotate the line some. Nothing is easy but I guess thats the fun in customizing things a bit. My mirrors are upside down, I may change them back under. The pipe is aftermarket, I forgot what the guy said it was, I like the blue. I'm hoping to find black bullet style turn signals and a small tail light. Has any one tried cutting the stock rear fender, then sliding it up under the seat six inches or so, so it overlaps the part with the bolt holes and then tacking it or bolting it together? That thing is just too long for my eyes. I guess it is good my bike's not in perfect condition,( seats ripped, both fenders have wrinkles and dents, tanks dented, fork lowers corroded, etc. ) this way I dont feel bad about messin with her. Any ideas you guys wanna share would be cool, performance and looks.

Ahh, thanks for the pics! I was wondering what my '78 would look like with a blacked-out engine. Now I know!
