The motors in the CCM are the same used in suzuki DRZ 400 dirt bike. Some of the guys that i ride with have the DRZ and they are a very reliable package with a reasonable amount of poke as well. That blue bike looks the goods!!!!!

HOTT. Especially the second one, the English shiny-tank jobbie. Like a supermotard, only taken with a grain of Australian hoon salt, and chopped, lowered, and polished. (edited to add the URL)

Rumour of Cagiva releasing a large single in 2009, sort of like their Mito 125, but with a 500 (or propabaly a 400 as they use Suzuki motors aswell) This was the show bike from Milan in 2005/2006??? It had a husky SM510R motor.......now that looks the goods,

That CCM reminds me of a Honda GB500 (or XBR for the non-US).

There was some great videos on the net a while back about the conversion process from the 450 dirt to race bike specs. Apparantly they are trying to get a class started in the states. Sounds like a great idea.
Subaru are developing a 500cc single sports bike for the asian market, so I hear.

There's talk of theMoto GP 250's to go to four stroke 400'c also to "better reflect the true market"
Not likely to happen soon, but wouldn't it be great, Aprilia, Yamaha, Honda, Kwaka, Suzi, all releasing road replicas of their GP singles....
