Thanks man! I have to put the project off for a bit though, but I like the rough tracker/cafe look it has. The bars are all the down- tired of tank slappin- but it's got a nice comfy feel on the freeway.
The '81 chopper project is next.

Great work ! Love the colour(looks like a light blue/silver metalic). Now all you gotta do is get the pipe chromed & give the donk areally good polish (just to test your patience) to match up with all those other beautiful shiney bits . Cheers from Dave.

Hey Robo, what's the story on your tail light? I like it, where'd you get it, how does it mount?
Also you said the headlight mounts were from Daytona, is there somewhere in the US I can find those or something like them?
Thanks, Davey

It's the solo light kit by Posh, from Battlescooter. I get most of my stuff through them- he's got all the catalogs to look through.

hey Robomod. Great looking bike! That seat you've got is exactly what i've been looking for! You said you got it from Kojima Planning... is it the 53cm one like this: www.kojipla.com/sr/parts/partsup/srup_page/sr_71up.htmlIf so, have you had to modify the frame in any way? Cheers and keep up the good work!

Thanks! It fit perfectly- like well made Japanese parts always do, but the SR500 has a cross-member in the rear of the frame, which is not on the sr400 to my knowledge.
