Very cool Rich! Like the wheels. What did you use to cutout the spoke centers?

Hi Dave Thanks, I drilled a series of 1/4 holes then pushed out the centres and filed them flat. tried to do them with a DREMEL rotary tool but it was just too slow. The filing was far faster but much harder work. Time per spoke was approximately 45 minutes. I didn't weigh the wheels to see what the before and after weight was and I'm not all that worried cause they look heaps lighter. Cheers Rich

Thanks Rich. I had the same idea but am planning to connect the holes with a router. I'll try to remember to weigh mine before I start.
