Ambarrased to announce that I can't seem to relocate the brake light switch, when reassembling my '78 SR. Sorry to bohter you all with this, but if anyone can shed any light over the matter I would be grateful. Christer

Ah it's been a while since I looked at this but I know that the rear brake switch bracket bolts to the lower rear engine mount bolt...on the removable 'boomerang' shaped bracket...the long bent spring/rod from the bottom of the switch goes down to...err...hang on I'll go out to the shed and take a look... The switch link goes down to the front side of the brake pedal shaft...there is a small bracket coming off the front of the bellcrank with a small hole in it...it goes through that. When the pedal is pushed down it rotates the bellcrank and pulls on the spring... Hopefully that make sense? It's nearly 10 at night here now so I might call it a day...heh, heh SR
