PLEASE HELP, i have a 2007 Yamaha R1, and as you guys have already heard or experienced- it has a major "LAG" in the throttle response. Is the issue is in the ECU or the FLY-BY-WIRE? how do you get past the throttle response problem and the horse power limitations in the lower gears and rpm's?? Is a power commander and ignition module for the 2007 R1 the cure for the problems that exists in what seems like to be all the 2007 R1's? Thanks-JEFF

When you get the wiring diagram, Sent it to me - I know a guy who has a doctorate in computer technology. He might be able to draw up some schematics to send to your local Mechanic, automotive electrician and GP and we should be able to get this sussed out before next year's model comes out and renders the 'o7 model outdated, irrelevent and uncool.
