Fitted the 34mm flatslide and quick action throttle to my bike last weekend.Slowly getting the jetting sorted had to run a lot smaller main jet then i thought. 35 pilot 190 main Had a 250 main in it but it would just breakdown when it came onto the main. The 190 seems nice and crisp right through to full throttle. Will try slightly larger so i know if i am running lean or not. At the moment the needle is still in the middle clip. Bike seems hard to start once the motor is hot so i am thinking there is a bit more fiddling yet.(fires up again o.k after about 5 mins) Appart from the fine tunning bike runs great has got lots of punch from low to mid range big improvement over stock. Will keep you updated on the fine tunning

Tried going for the bigger main jet today (230) but is to rich as the bike breaks down in the upper range.Looks like the 190 is about right as it runs crisp right through to full throttle. Still have to play around with needle height will keep you posted.
