-20 C !! Dang. And everyone in Sydney was complaining because the water temp was 15 C on the weekend - the coldest it usually gets in the middle of winter.......

Staffy, Here are some photos of the makeshift Carb "stack". This is fitted to a Mikuni Round Slide while trying to find a suitable K & N.

Yeah its gunna crack 40 here tomorrow . I actually dont like riding when its too hot you get too dehydrated and its too tempting to not wear the safety gear ( big nono). Are these carbies OK to change the style of filters ? Just on a few other bikes I've owned that was a main downfall ( probably coz they were CV type. you know the XS650 ones) The bike would run like crap till u changed it back to the way it was . ( used to take about 6 months of trials & tribulations & cash to get there also) . As Rex would say yibida yibida !

No carb tuning for me...no riding...no nothing -20 celcius Christer Well, we're only dropping to about -12 at night; but the high desert warms right up and goes to 10 or 15 during the day.
