Mate, are you the fella who wrote most of the sixstroke website? Looks pretty interesting, but I realise its not commercial at the moment. Any insights?

milkman, just hold on to your hat mate as things are really hotting up in more ways than one. gas flow tests on the standard head are around 182.7 cfm. we now have around 300 on intake . Exhaust is better also. Give us a few months and we will post results on the web.with new demos. I think ill get drunk on champas now cheers malbeare

Please provide the figures which support your claims, who has tested it besides yourself? I agree with Milkman - interesting but not commercial at the moment.

Hi Milkman, Hi Malbeare, Hi Dnns, and a big hello to all of your SR500 forum members. Dnns, the recent testing carried out on Malbeare's latest development of the now further developed Beare Head Six Stroke Cylinder Head prototype test units, were actually conducted in my presence, on a brand new 400cfm flow bench built especially for our Six Stroke Engine Development by Warren Eames of Flow Bench Manufacturing Australia. The maximum intake port flow numbers extracted from the most recently optimised version of the Beare Heads, was done using the above Flow Bench and recorded on our brand new Engine Analyser Pro v3.3 software. Those initial numbers recorded show that the maximum flow capacity of our most recently constructed version A2 of our Beare Head Six Stroke development, are capable of a maximum intake & exhaust flow capacity of 308CFM.(not bad for a 500cc single) As Malbeare suggested in his earlier posting, hold onto your hats and wait a few more months for these Beare Head fitted Six Stroke machines to emerge from our current production process, and watch these torquey monsters kick some serious butt, both on our own dyno's as well as out on the race tracks of Australia. I actually could not see any spelling mistakes in the above Malbeare's posting, I guess you must be confusing another script posted by me on our www.sixstroke.com site. FYI. Malcolm Beare is currently most probably bathing in the comfort of knowing his amazing invention is about to be commercialised, and this of course allows him the luxury of engaging the worlds best legal attorneys. If you know a bit about engines, you would realise that the above flow numbers translate to enormous capacity for producing huge power figures, our current dilemma is that the gearboxes and clutches of our test mules were never meant to cope with the sort of monstrous torque our currently developed prototypes are dishing out, so, as you can partly see in the latest Beare Headed SR500 burnout, we destroyed both the bikes clutch and gearbox in the process, after the burnout/ceased, we forgot to move the bike whilst the melting rubber was still sticky, resulting in three of us having to wrench the vulcanised tire to concrete adhesion apart with the help of a shovel. No need to fling cheap shots at Malcolm Beare or his groundbreaking invention, the man is a humble, clear thinking, true blue Aussie inventor, let us support him and praise his efforts instead, rather than attempting to rubbish the man or persist in trying to steal his invention. Keep going Malcolm, commercialization in in sight. VSPECR98
