If you can find a decent exhaust shop/specialist they should be of help . I had 1 made up in Busselton (WA) & he did a fairly good job of it(looks a bit like the Deus style with the extra bend in it) .It is in staino & he also made it a bit longer so I may even try to bend it again after the rear peg & sweep the muffler up(that may be just a wait for it " pipe dream") It cost $80 & about $50 to get it polished & I'm sure it'll turn blue . That'll be about 6 months away though cheers Dave.

;DThanks Dave the only quote I have had is $800 and needs the bike for a week I think that this is a bit rich for me , I used to work for an Airline and a pipe like this would take about 5 minutes even stopping for a tea break ...TC

Have you given Staintune a call?
I have gotten tubing and mandrel bends from them years ago to make my own pipe for my cafe racer and from memory they will do custom stainless exhausts. Although not in Sydney, they are not that far away and if you plan your route it can be a great ride down to Mittagong. They have a reputation for doing very good work and their conti replica "mufflers" sound great on a SR.
