Anybody have experience or a solution to this problem? I put some wrap on the header and replaced it using a new gasket in the head. Twice on rides the header came loose from the head.Will this keep happening or will the gasket finally crush to its limit and I'll be able to ride worry free?

Mine were loose once, I put bue locktite on them but I don't know what the temperature does to the stuff. A couple weeks later I had to take the header off again, it didn't *seem* to be locktited, but then, it hasn't come loose again either. I checked it every couple weeks for a while and then quit worrying about it. Maybe you just need to tweak it every other ride for a bit?

Loctite thread locker does have a temp range and being that close to the head i think you would exceed the upper limit of that range.
Maybe check what manufacturer tourque is and do them up with a tension wrench???
