I bodgied up an exhaust gasket from Supercheap Autos to fit my ported head, but it only lasted 2 race meetings before disintegrating. Anyone know a source of exhaust gaskets that can be modified to have a bigger i/d than standard?

Sorry I never got back to you with any info, but the guy I was going to ask wasn't in our workshop this week. I'll still see what I can find out for you next week.

Go to a harley shop [can't believe it myself] and buy a packet of two "screamin Eagle" exhaust gaskets for a big twin, should cost you about $10 for the pair, I use them in my engines. Carl, caferacer.com.au
