When I first bolted my street tracker together the rear turn signals worked, but after some tinkering now they don't. Just the rear signals don't work now. Once again the front work. I have used a lead tester (light stick) to check for current and no current is coming to the rear (stock) plug in connector that is part of the main wiring harness (green and brown wires).
Any thoughts, before I just run a jumper wire from the front (working) turn signals or tear the main harness apart looking for the disconnect or short?
As always --> Thanks guys (mates)!

Just an update - I didn't have much time last night, but I did remove and replace the new flasher with the old (turned signals on - no blinking) - rear still didn't work. I then disconnected the turn signal canel unit - still had zero effect - rear still didn't work.
It still very strange to me how one day the rear work and the next day they didn't, but the fronts always have.

Try unplugging and replugging in the connectors all along the way these old connectors get corrosion on them and unplugging them wipes it off and cleans the metal, you can use a good quality contact cleaner or spray oil on them it may help.

Moral of the story - don't buy cheap turn signals. I got those turn signals from Omar's when I ordered my headlight number plate (the price was right). When I hooked them up and taped the wires, just THAT much tugging pulled the wires from the solder. When I opened them up and looked at the internals, I realized there must be a solder shortage in the world. These turn signals (EMGO) are junk!

HA! Been there, done that. Hey, why should I pay $50 for those signals, when I could get these babies for $12.50? Oh, that's why. What started out as an inspection ticket for no tail light on my XL500R, turned into a $200 ticket for running "Not For Highway Use" tires. That was a really expensive cheap tail light.

Same: bought four bullet indicators for $20 the lot plus postage off eBay (sourced in Taiwan). The lenses are so poor that in daylight they are practically invisible, which kind of defeats the purpose!
